- How does billing work?
- Plans are priced per user per month. AI usage draws from included credits where noted, then metered rates apply. Splunk instances are billed separately, per instance per month.
- What counts as a Splunk instance?
- An instance is a single Splunk deployment you connect for monitoring or automation — typically one Splunk server or deployment unit in your fleet.
- What happens when AI credits run out?
- On Standard, you receive €10 in AI credits when you start your trial. After credits are used, AI runs continue on metered pay-as-you-go rates through the end of your billing period.
- Can we use our own LLM provider keys?
- Yes. Enterprise and MSP / MSSP let you connect your own API keys for supported providers — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI — so AI usage bills to your existing contracts. You can also integrate custom LLM providers on on-prem and air-gapped deployments.
- Can Enterprise run on-premise?
- Yes. Enterprise includes on-premise deployment in your network and OIDC integration with your identity provider — in addition to the managed cloud option.
- What is the MSP / MSSP plan?
- The MSP / MSSP plan is for managed service and security providers serving multiple end customers. It includes everything in Enterprise plus multi-tenant workspaces, air-gapped options, partner support, and volume licensing.
- What is the difference between monitored and managed instances?
- Monitored instances read configuration and monitor fleet health. Managed instances add approved change execution and automation — available on Enterprise and MSP / MSSP deployments.
- Are prices shown excluding VAT?
- Yes. All prices on this page are in EUR and exclude VAT unless your contract states otherwise.
