Managing Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, view invoices, and manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Owners control billing for their organization.

Upgrading or Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription or Upgrade plan.
- You enter the Stripe billing portal.
- Select the new plan and confirm. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle or immediately for upgrades, depending on Stripe configuration.
Upgrades: You typically get immediate access to new features. Proration may apply.
Downgrades: Plan changes apply at the end of the current billing period. You keep current plan features until then.
Viewing Invoices
Invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and open the Invoices section. You can download PDFs and update payment methods.
Stripe Billing Portal
Deslicer uses Stripe for billing. The billing portal lets you:
- Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)
- Update payment method
- View and download invoices
- Update billing address and contact
Access the portal from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Only organization Owners can manage billing.
Cancellation
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, select Cancel subscription.
- Confirm cancellation. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.
- After that, you revert to Free or lose access. Data retention policies apply — see terms for details.
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can reactivate before the period ends by resubscribing in the portal.
