Creating Your Account

Sign up flow, email verification, EULA acceptance, creating or joining an organization, automatic workspace setup, Starter Workspace dashboard, and on-premise login

Creating Your Account

Create your Deslicer AI account in a few minutes. You sign up, verify your email, accept the EULA, then create or join an organization. Deslicer automatically provisions starter agents, workflows, and a demo Splunk integration so you can start exploring immediately. The dashboard shows your Starter Workspace progress and guided first steps.

Sign Up Flow

You create an account by signing up with your email. Deslicer sends a verification link to your inbox. Click the link to verify your address. After verification, you accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). Once you accept, you proceed to organization setup.

Plans Overview

Deslicer AI offers three plans. You can start free and upgrade when you need more:

  • Free — €0/month plus €5 in credits. Ideal for trying the platform and running a few agent conversations.
  • Standard — €35/month. For individuals and small teams who use agents regularly.
  • Enterprise — €75/month. For larger teams with advanced needs and support.

You choose your plan during onboarding or later from the billing settings. The Free plan gives you enough credits to explore agents and integrations before committing. Your free-trial credits are activated automatically during signup.

Creating or Joining an Organization

After you verify your email and accept the EULA, you create or join an organization. Organizations group users, agents, and integrations. If you're the first from your company, create a new organization and invite teammates later. If someone already uses Deslicer at your company, ask for an invite link to join their organization.

When you create an organization, you provide a name and optional details. When you join one, you accept the invite and land in the shared workspace. Once you're in an organization, you see the onboarding flow and dashboard.

Automatic Workspace Setup

When you create a new organization, Deslicer automatically provisions your workspace with starter assets so you can begin exploring right away. You do not need to configure anything — these appear in your workspace within seconds of signing up.

Starter Agents

Three purpose-built agents are created in your workspace, each labeled with "(My Workspace)":

AgentWhat It Does
GDI Agent v4 (My Workspace)Guides you through data onboarding — generates inputs, props, transforms, tags, and server class configurations
Splunk Data Explorer (My Workspace)Helps you discover and explore data in your Splunk environment, including CIM mapping
Splunk CIM Normalizer Orchestrator (My Workspace)Orchestrates CIM normalization across your data sources

These agents come pre-connected to the demo Splunk integration (see below), so you can start chatting with them immediately.

Starter Workflows

Three workflow templates are also created in your workspace:

WorkflowWhat It Does
Splunk Data Ingestion Monitor (My Workspace)Monitors data ingestion rates and detects anomalies
Splunk Daily Health Check (My Workspace)Runs a daily diagnostic across your Splunk environment
Splunk Data Quality Check (My Workspace)Validates data quality against best practices

You can run these workflows immediately or customize them to match your environment. See Workflow Templates for details.

Demo Splunk Integration

A pre-configured Splunk Demo integration is created and attached to your starter agents. This connects to a shared Splunk instance with sample data, giving you a working environment to explore agents and workflows before connecting your own Splunk instance. You can replace it with your own Splunk connection later — see Connecting Splunk.

Starter Workspace Dashboard

After you sign up, the dashboard displays a Starter Workspace card that tracks the setup status of your provisioned assets. The card shows three sections:

  • Integration — your Splunk integration with a status indicator (Ready or Pending) and a link to update the connection.
  • Starter agents — each of your three starter agents with a status indicator, a description of what it does, and a button to open a chat session directly.
  • Starter workflows — each of your three starter workflows with a status indicator, a description of what it does, and a button to run the workflow.

A progress bar at the top of the card shows how many assets are configured (e.g., "5/7 starter assets connected — 71% configured"). Each asset row shows Ready (green check) when provisioned or Pending (grey circle) when missing or not yet connected. You can click Update Splunk integration to change connection details, or click the action button on any agent or workflow to start using it.

First Steps

The dashboard also shows a Your first steps card that guides you through getting productive:

  1. Open Orchestrator chat and ask a Splunk question. The Orchestrator routes your request to the right starter agent automatically.
  2. Update your Splunk integration from the demo environment to your own instance if needed.
  3. Run a starter workflow for ingestion monitoring, daily health, or data quality checks.

Click Start in Orchestrator Chat to begin chatting right away.

On-Premise Login

If your organization runs Deslicer on-premise, the login experience is different. You do not sign up through the standard flow. Instead, you see a login page with two options:

  • Sign in with your organization — redirects you to your company's Identity Provider (OIDC). After authenticating with your IdP, you return to Deslicer with an active session. Your organization and team membership are provisioned automatically based on your IdP group claims.
  • Local admin login — a separate email/password form for the administrator account created during installation. Use this for initial setup or when the IdP is unavailable.

On-premise users do not choose a billing plan — all features are available at the enterprise tier. For deployment details, see On-Premise Deployment.

What Happens Next

After organization setup, you land on the dashboard with your starter agents, workflows, and demo integration ready to use. The Starter Workspace card and First Steps guide help you get started. Try chatting with the GDI Agent v4 (My Workspace) or running the Splunk Daily Health Check (My Workspace) workflow. When you're ready, connect your own Splunk instance and create custom agents. The next step is Your First Agent — a short walkthrough covering agent creation and conversations.
